My appreciation for good food — and the occasional excellent Rioja — naturally informs the way I approach these shoots. Great food photography should do more than simply document a dish; it should evoke atmosphere, texture, warmth and appetite. Even though a photograph can neither be tasted nor smelled, the goal is always to create imagery that conveys flavour, character and experience in a genuinely authentic way.
“ As a restaurateur I've been involved in lots of shoots; it’s refreshing to work with someone who understands and appreciates the art of our business as well as his own.. ”
